What this site knows about you.

Your measurements

By default your measurements live in your browser’s localStorage, on your device. We cannot read them, and clearing this site’s data deletes them for good.

Asking for recommendations sends your measurements to our server, where they are scored against the catalogue and not written anywhere.

Sign in and the same measurements are saved to your account, against your email address, so your other devices can read them. That is the only thing signing in does. Deleting the account deletes them.

Signing in

There are no passwords. We email you a sign-in link instead. An account is an email address, a session, and whatever measurements you chose to save.

We send one kind of email: the sign-in link. No newsletter, no marketing. Your address goes to no one else.

When you follow a Shop link

Shop links are how the site earns. Each click is logged so we can check whether we recommended the right size. One record per click, holding:

• which garment you clicked
• the size we recommended and the fit score we showed you
• which affiliate network, if any, the link went through, and the destination URL
• the page on this site you clicked from
• when you clicked
• who clicked: your account if you are signed in, otherwise a random id from a cookie, with no name attached

The outbound link is sent with the referrer stripped, so the brand does not learn your measurements or the size we recommended. A commission-earning link passes through the affiliate network’s own redirect, which sets its own cookies to tie a later sale back to here. Their domain, their policy.

Cookies

That is all of them. There are no analytics scripts, no ad trackers, and no third-party JavaScript anywhere on the site; the fonts are served from our own domain.

Product photographs are loaded from each brand’s own image server, so those brands can see that a browser asked for a picture. No script of theirs runs here and they set nothing on your device. We host everything else ourselves.

If you contribute measurements

Signed-in users can measure a garment they own and add the numbers to the shared dataset. Those numbers describe the garment, not your body. They are linked to your account, so the same person cannot submit the same measurement twice, and any fit notes you add are stored against your account too.

Deleting your data

Clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes everything stored on your device: measurements, theme choice, the anonymous click cookie. Your next Shop click then gets a new random id, unlinked from your earlier ones. It does not delete the click records already logged on our server under the old id — those persist, and guests have no self-serve way to delete them today.

There is no self-serve delete button yet. Reply to any sign-in email from your account’s address and we will delete the account in full: profile, measurements, sessions, reference garments and fit ratings. Click records are kept for accounting but permanently detached from the deleted account. Garment measurements you contributed stay in the shared dataset, as they describe a garment rather than a person.
